LPN contributes to the assessment of the health status of individuals and groups, participates in the development and modification of the plans of care, implements care strategies within the LPN scope of practice, renders safe care, evaluations of responses to care interventions. The LPN performs all job duties keeping the care, welfare, safety and security of all a high priority.

Requirements:
Current State LPN License & CPR

Psychiatric experience preferred

Knowledge of Office, Word, Excel, PowerPoint
