*** Title: Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)/Clinic/Temp to Permanent***
~~~ We are looking for a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN), for providing basic medical attention to patients and assessing their well-being as part of a larger medical team. Their duties include checking vital signs, recording a patient’s medical history, and assisting patients with hygiene. ~~~
JOB DUTIES:
· Monitor patients’ vitals and record them in their files.
· Maintain the cleanliness and comfort of each patient, including bathing, feeding, and dressing.
· Assist nursing and medical staff with basic medical tasks, such as administering medication.
· Update patient records in a confidential manner.
· Evaluate the patient’s well-being, reporting any needs to medical staff.
· Explain treatments and procedures to patients and families.
· Change dressings and bandages, ensuring patients are healing properly.
· Move patients from wheelchairs, beds, and gurneys.
Position: LPN-Clinic
Position Type: Local Contract Temp to Permanent
Duration: Contract 12 weeks (high possibility of extension)
Shift: Days
Guaranteed Hours: 40 per week | 8 per day
Location: Brooklyn Center, MN

Requirements:
1 Year of Clinic experience is required
LPN State License
BLS
EMR EPIC
