Holland Home has committed to $18 million in renovations over 5 years to bring top of the line accommodations to our residents who deserve nothing less than our best.

We are seeking a per diem LPN to join our team of compassionate nurses in the Resident Health Center that serves our independent living residents on our beautiful Raybrook Campus. This day shift position works as needed to cover open shifts that may be anywhere from 4-12 hours long. The Health Center is open 7 days a week, 7:00am - 7:00pm.

This LPN works with a multi-disciplinary team to promote the cutting edge Vibrant Living wellness model of Holland Home. This care team member provides nursing care within the scope of the LPN license, assisting the physicians with examinations and procedures, performing treatments as prescribed by the physicians, taking and recording vital signs and evaluating test results, etc. Our care team also addresses the health concerns of residents, building and maintaining trusting relationships with them and their families.
