Mountain Home Health Services provides quality home health care to thousands of individuals in state of Georgia and North Carolina. We are growing in the Cherokee County area in North Carolina and are looking to add a Licensed Practical Nurse to our team.
As a home health LPN, you will be responsible for conducting focused care and patient / family teaching in the home setting. Home health is extremely rewarding and allows to you spend time getting to know your patients and their families.
