We are looking for a Licensed Practical Nurse to join our team at our long term care facility. The Licensed Practical Nurse is responsible for providing assistance to patients with activities of daily living and helping them to regain their independence. The ideal candidate will have experience working with the elderly, have a great deal of patience, be able to work with a team and should have the ability to multitask effectively.

Responsibilities:

• Administer prescribed medications.
• Perform routine tasks to provide basic personal care and comfort to patients in a variety of health care settings.
• Collect and record data on patients' medical history, condition, or progress.
• Provide information to family members about the progress of their relatives.
• Prescribe medication based on patient and caregiver input and consult with supervising doctors as needed.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $27.00 - $37.00 per hour
