Duties & Responsibilities:

Production Associates are responsible for completing their job duties in a safe and timely manner both for themselves and their co-workers by doing daily safety start-up checks as well as safety checks throughout the shifts, i.e. lockout/tag out while using proper PPE.

Selected candidates will be responsible for producing a quality product, meeting all specifications of the Work Order, ensuring customer satisfaction.

Associate is required to input information into the Machine Center computer and verify for accuracy.

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Solid, stable work history with previous industrial experience preferred
• Proficiency in basic math, reading and comprehension of work instructions, along with ability to use a computer
• Willingness to work in a team environment and participate in safety/quality/production improvement activities.

Physical Demands:

• frequently stand, walk, talk, and hear instruction
• occasionally required to sit, climb or balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl
• frequently lift and/or move up to 40lbs
• ability to adapt to both hot and cold temperatures within the plant

Pay: From $21.00 per hour

• 12 hour shift
