Position: Bunching Operator
Setting up and operating the bunching process according to method sheets. This processes groups multiple sets of wires to create cable.
Position: Extruder Operator
This position applies plastic coating to wire to meet specifications for insulation of singles, jackets and multi-cables.
Position: Braider Operator
This position requires monitoring multiple machines as they apply textile braiding over wire.

Some positions are four-day work week (ten-hour days), some are five-day work week – (eight-hour days). Positions are available for second shift, four-day work week.
Requirements
- Standing, moving (i.e.; walking, pacing,) lifting, reaching, pulling, bending throughout the work day.
- Able to lift up to 40 pounds
- Able to push, pull up to 100 pounds.
- Fine dexterity.
- Good or excellent vision, with no color blindness.
- We maintain a smoke free facility.
- Mathematical Ability: Moderate to good ability. Able to perform basic mathematical calculations as needed.
- Written, spoken Language: English. Ability to read and interpret instructions. Ability to write and record accurate information is required.
- Mechanical Aptitude: General good mechanical aptitude is required. The ability to read a tape measure, ruler, required. Understanding of basic mechanical tools is required.
- Attention to detail
- Minimum High School Diploma or GED is required. High school with shop classes is preferred.
- Training from a recognized trade school is preferred.
