Machine Operator/Assembler - DIRECT HIRE OPPORTUNITY!!!

Required Skills
- Perform as a team member in the production and assembly of struts, shocks, and components, which requires the ability to learn different types of machines
- This position may rotate through different types of machines (welders, presses, etc.), operations, or assembly areas.
- Team Members must perform his/her job within acceptable safety, environmental, quality, productivity, and performance standards as outlined in plant policies, handbooks, and applicable work instructions.
- Ability to stoop, bend, lift, and twist regularly; ability to stand for prolonged periods.
- Able to lift to 40 lbs, repetitively
- Overtime as required/requested.
Required Experience
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Level 3 Work keys score preferred
- Ability to read and understand standard work, directions, charts, and control plans
- Must have a good work history, and manufacturing experience is a PLUS!
You should be proficient in:
- Blueprint Reading
- Mechanical Troubleshooting Skills
- Meets Physical Requirements
- High School / GED
- Excellent Communication Skills
- Shop Math Skills
- Experience in a Manufacturing Environment
Salary info:
$18.95 - $22.51 / hr
