We are currently seeking a CNC machinist at our Irvine, CA location. This position sets up and operates computer numerical control (CNC) machines for production, ensures machinery has proper computer program and tooling installed, and monitors machinery for any problems during production. A successful CNC machinist is safety-focused and understands the importance of precision and quality.
Hiring bonus of $3,000 available after 90 days of employment.
Position responsibilities include:
- Performing visual inspections on incoming raw materials
- Operating CNC machines and properly using inserts, fixtures and tooling
- Reading and interpreting blueprints
- Machining parts to meet customer tolerances for final inspection
- Working closely with manufacturing leadership and fellow team members to achieve shared goals
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multi-task
- Ability to lift 25 pounds
- Dedication to safe working practices
- Ability to problem solve with a strong attention to detail
- Mechanically inclined
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Hourly pay rates are based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.
