About This Role:
Facilities Central Mail has a Temporary Mail Specialist opening and is looking for an individual who would like to work between the hours of 9:00 am and 1:00 pm (hours can be flexible if needed), Monday through Friday for Central Mail Services. This job would be a great fit for anyone who would like to work part-time and have afternoons free. Some familiarity with the US Postal Service or similar is preferred but not required. We will train the right individual. If you are self-motivated and detail oriented, this is the job for you!

This position will be responsible for the delivery of federal mail to the Jardine apartment complex mail room. The ability to learn USPS regulations and be able to use a smart phone, iPad, computer, and navigate an Excel spreadsheet will be required. Must have and maintain a valid driver's license.

What You'll Need to Succeed: Minimum Qualifications:
Requires a high school diploma and one year of relevant experience.

Preferred Qualifications:
Prefer knowledge of United States Postal Service and United Parcel Service regulations, rapid reading ability and memorization skills for sorting of mail, and data entry ability.
Prefer two years of experience in a major mail room operation.

Other Requirements:
Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States at the time of employment.
