Job Title: Maintenance Technician

Preferred Skills

• Working knowledge in the following areas with some type of previous professional experience preferred:
  • Machinery in Industrial and/ or Commercial environments
  • Electrical Diagnostics and Repair including:
    • Reading wiring diagrams and schematics
    • Experience with single phase and 3 phase systems
    • Experience with both Low and High voltage
      • Pneumatic Systems
      • Hydraulic Systems
      • Mechanical Devices (gearboxes, clutches, bearings, belts, pulleys, etc)
      • Welding and Fabricating
• Experience operating various types of industrial equipment (forklifts, scissor lifts, Moffetts, etc.)

Duties and Responsibilities

• Repair and Maintenance of Production Machinery to include:
  • Electrical Diagnostics (contactors, overloads, PLCs)
  • Diagnosis and repair of Mechanical breakdowns.
  • Wring Installation and repair
  • Preventative Maintenance
• New equipment installation
• Facilities Maintenance Tasks including:
  • Plumbing Repairs
  • Electrical Repairs (lighting, outlets, switches, etc)
  • Periodic inspection and repair of critical building systems
• Typical work schedule is a 40 hour week Mon – Fri
