Position: Maintenance & Custodial Coordinator
Saint Mary of Lake Leelanau Parish and School
Employment Type: Full-time
Location: Lake Leelanau, MI
St. Mary Parish & School is a seeking a Maintenance & Custodial Coordinator. This position is responsible for keeping the parish & school buildings and grounds in a clean, attractive and safe condition, working in collaboration with the custodians, subcontractors and Building & Site Committee. This is a full time year round position with benefits including health and dental insurance, vacation and retirement. Qualified candidate should have a general knowledge of building maintenance, work well with people, able to work independently without supervision, and be able to lift 50 pounds or more.
Job Duties include but not limited to:
General Maintenance of all buildings and grounds
Set up for special events in parish & school
Move heavy furniture, equipment or supplies
Purchase all general maintenance & custodial supplies
Some custodial tasks
Snow removal from sidewalks
Salt Sidewalks
Mowing parish & school campus
Monitor safety of building & grounds
Maintain working condition of equipment
Coordinate with subcontractors & inspectors
