What You Will Do as the Maintenance Director

As a Stonerise Maintenance Director, you will be responsible for the maintenance operation of the center. You will be responsible for performing repairs and maintenance on equipment. You will oversee ordering and requisitioning supplies and equipment as needed, and performing regular daily, weekly, and monthly maintenance checks. Some of your primary responsibilities include:
- Coordinating and providing the completion of preventative maintenance of the grounds and building in a timely manner
- Repairing, or seeking outside vendors to provide repair to, equipment or system that is not functioning according to requirements, code, or standards
- Maintaining the building in good repair and freeing of hazards such as those caused by electrical, plumbing, heating, and cooling systems
- Maintaining the fire alarm and emergency generator system in good working order, performing weekly tests, and keeping records of test results
- Providing routine deep cleaning to carts, layback chairs, etc. as assigned
- Participating on the Safety Committee, conducting assigned audits, gathering information, identifying trending or patterns, and reporting to committee members
- Conducting training to center team members about safety, OSHA requirements, fire safety, etc.
- Overseeing pest control

- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Experience in supervising others
