Our client is seeking a Maintenance Manager to join their Plant Leadership Team, to continue the development of Maintenance Personnel, Strategy, and Maintenance Best Practices for the continued success of their local site!


Role Specific information is listed below:

– This role is open due to internal promotions at the local plant

– This is a Day Shift Schedule (Monday through Friday, exact hours may vary depending on workload)

– Pay Range is 100k to 125k, depending on previous and related experience

– Annual Bonusing Opportunity up to 15% of your base salary

– Located in Jonesboro, AR (Relocation packages are available, and negotiable for non-local candidates)

– This is a Direct Hire placement Opportunity

Responsibilities

• Responsible for an effective maintenance parts & supplies procurement and inventory program that achieves reliability and cost objectives.
• Manage and administer the operation and maintenance of HVAC systems, gas fired industrial boilers, Ammonia/glycol system, and all related facility/utility equipment.
• Create and maintain training programs that promote and sustain a high degree of technical knowledge of equipment and troubleshooting techniques.
• Maintain visibility to key performance indicators necessary to demonstrate the connection between Maintenance activities and production line reliability and cost
• Prepare and manage departmental budgets and plans; prepare and manage annual and long range Maintenance and Utilities strategies.

The essential functions of this role include:

• working in a smoke free environment
• wearing steel toe shoes
• manual lifting up to 50lbs
• standing for 8 hours at one time
• working up to 5 hrs of overtime per week
