Maintenance Manager

Timberline is searching for a highly motivated, highly experience maintenance manager to manage all maintenance functions of a 50-acre facility that is a hybrid of a farm, and manufacturing plant. Timberline continues to grow rapidly, and we are searching for a high-performing professional who can help our maintenance department mature and develop to meet current needs, and our future needs.

Maintenance Manager Job Description:

· Develop a plan for how the department should be structured, present plan to leadership and activate plan toward success.

· Train all employees to attain a high level of productivity and quality in their work.

· Allocate workload daily and supervise staff (janitorial, technical, labor).

· Manage relationships with contractors and service providers.

· Design and manage all preventative maintenance labor and scheduling to reduce production down time.

· Monitor building and grounds general repairs and maintenance.

· Plan and oversee all repair and installation activities.

· Maintain maintenance/janitorial logs and report on daily activities.

· Ensure that buildings, facilities, equipment, and grounds are well fit for their purpose.

· Ensure health and safety policies are implemented and complied with in all departments.

Experience Required:

· 5+ years’ experience in maintenance management role

· Strong knowledge of technical concepts including carpentry, electrical, plumbing, welding, and pneumatics.

· Organized individual with a strong work ethic

· Ability to keep track of, and report on all activities of department and individual staff members.

· Experience in planning maintenance operations

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

· High caliber leadership and organizational skills.

· Proven experience leading and improving teams in maintenance functions

· Competent problem solver, team builder, planner, and decision maker.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $18.00 per hour
