Job description
DUTIES INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO
- Performs PM’s on assigned equipment.
- Maintains documentation of scheduled PM’s and Repairs.
- Replaces filters, belts, hoses, and keeps equipment in good working condition
- Inspects equipment
- Tests safety functions of equipment
- Keeps work areas clean
- Preforms safety audits
- Replaces lights, ballasts.
- Does snow removal
- Other duties as assigned.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES
- Work experience in a professional setting is preferred.
- Background in construction, electrical, HVAC,or plumbing is a plus.
- Should be able to perform various maintenance tasks with little to no supervision.
EDUCATION
- High School Graduate or equivalent.
EXPERIENCE
- Min 2 years technical experience required.
CERTIFICATE/LICENSE
- Valid Driver’s License
