Job Description:
About the Role:
The Maintenance Tech position at the Manawa location provides support to the Production team, driving and supporting key initiatives to improve performance throughout the plant. You’ll add value to this role by performing various functions including, but not limited to:
Important Details:
- Diagnosing and repairing defective mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical equipment
- Performing PMs according to the monthly schedule
- Documenting time, tools, and parts involved in repairs and PMs in SAP
- Lubricating and cleaning parts
- Installing and removing equipment
This is a full-time, permanent role starting at $28.72 - $30.22 per hour for the following positions:
- 12 hour nights, which operates from 6p-6a, on a 2-2-3 rotating schedule
- 2nd shift, which operates from 2:00p to 10:00p Monday through Friday with some Saturdays
About You:
You’ll fit right in if you have:
- Previous experience working as a Maintenance Tech
- A degree in Industrial Maintenance or something similar
- High attention to detail and strong mechanical aptitude
