NOW HIRING: Maintenance Technicians needed to join our growing team. We are currently hiring Maintenance Technicians on all shifts. 1st shift is Monday - Thursday 5am - 3pm, 2nd shift is Monday - Thursday 3pm - 1am includes a $1.50/hour shift premium on top of your base rate, < > 3rd shift (Sunday - Thursday 9:15pm-5:15am includes a $1.50 shift premium on top of your base rate), and weekend shift is Friday - Sunday 5am-5pm which includes a $2.50/hour shift premium on top of your base rate.

We are looking for Maintenance Technicians to inspect, maintain, and repair production equipment and facilities to ensure the continuation of production processes. Starting pay is based on YOUR EXPERIENCE. All overtime is voluntary overtime when you want overtime!

Qualifications

Qualified candidates will have a High School diploma or equivalent and two years of experience in a maintenance role in a manufacturing facility. Preferred candidates will have a completed a formal skilled trades program with training in mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and/or electrical maintenance and repair. Other combinations of formal training and experience will be considered.

Essential Job Functions

The job duties listed below are the fundamental job duties of this position. Failure to perform any one of these duties would substantially alter the nature of the position.

• Perform scheduled preventive maintenance on production equipment
• Troubleshoot and repair hydraulic, mechanical, pneumatic, and electro-mechanical systems
• Perform scheduled and unscheduled repairs to support production operations
• Assemble, install and commission new equipment.
• Perform work in accordance with safe work practices and company policies.
• Participate and support Continuous Improvement initiatives
• Consistently demonstrate and promote MMC Core Values

Knowledge, Experience, Skills, and Responsibilities

• Proficiency in reading and interpreting equipment manuals and schematics
• Demonstrated work experience troubleshooting and repairing hydraulic, mechanical, and pneumatic systems
• Working knowledge of preventive maintenance systems & practices
• Strong attention to detail
