POSITION OVERVIEW
This role is eligible for our company benefits package, including:
- $20 - $30 an hour

COMPETENCIES & REQUIREMENTS
One of the largest single-family home property management companies is in need of a full-time
SKILLED HANDYMAN, to do work on the properties we manage.
We are looking for someone that is entrepreneurial-minded and can run their own schedule. The perfect candidate would be someone that has worked for themselves before and now needs a stable income.
Hours Expected: 40 hours per week
Work Environment: This position is fully in the field. You will be responsible for creating your schedule from the work orders we give you. We will provide you with a vehicle, you'll just need to have your own tools.
Required Skills: Must be jack of all trades (light plumbing, light electrical, carpentry etc). You will be interacting with the residents living in the homes, so you must have excellent communication skills.
