Service Technician - Apartment Community
Gillespie Group is seeking a full time Maintenance Technician to join our GG family for our Springbrook Meadows and Victoria Pointe apartments! Our ideal team member is a self-motivated, customer service focused, and a team player. Potential candidates should be able to perform:
- minor plumbing
- HVAC
- electrical
- carpentry
- landscape work
- participate in the rotating on-call schedule.
A valid driver’s license and clear a background check is required.
- Annual reviews with the opportunity for a raise annually
- Renewal commissions shared monthly with maintenance
- On Call Bonus, $75 per week
Paid Time Off, Up to 3 years = 120 hours, 3 - 8 years = 160 hours, plus 8 years = 184 hours
