Job description
NOTE: In order to work at a casino in the state of PA, you will be required to apply for and obtain a valid PA Gaming License. Candidates who accept an offer of employment will meet with the Human Resources team who will guide them through the licensing process.
- Responsible for general maintenance of all facilities on property and the property itself
- Responsible for maintaining, repairing, and replacing gaming table layouts
- Knowledge of the HVAC system, alarm system, and generators
- Identify and diagnose deficiencies with the system and take measures to correct deficiencies
- Identify the need for and perform Mid-level to advanced level Painting, plumbing, electrical work, carpentry, and other projects relating to maintenance of the property
- Assist with creating Preventative maintenance schedule and follow such schedule
- Operate all types of hand tools, power tools, chemicals, and machinery that relate to the function of a maintenance shop
- Able to utilize ladders, bucket truck, forklift, and safety equipment
- Transports and moves equipment as necessary
- Any other assigned duties and responsibilities.
Experience
Required- 2 year(s): Two or more years as a Maintenance Technician or a combination of education/experience
- 2 - 4 years: Certification in a trade and two to four years of experience in facilities maintenance
- Electrical Certification is desired/preferred
Education
Required- High School or better
