AIY Properties owns and manages residential apartment communities throughout Northeast Ohio. We are hiring Full-Time Maintenance Technicians for our apartment community in Austintown.

As the Maintenance Technician your overall responsibility will be to ensure that the apartment units remain in good working order. Depending on skill level, you may be the lead or assist in diagnosing & correcting maintenance issues and preparing apartment units for new tenants.

MAINTENANCE TECH QUALIFICATIONS

• Minimum 1-3 years of prior maintenance experience in multi-family residential community
• Moderate knowledge of the repair and maintenance of household appliances, plumbing, and lighting fixtures
• Operate and own basic hand tools and power tools such as a drill, saw, circular saw, plumbing hand tools, screwdriver set
• Must be able to perform in this role while twisting, turning, bending, pushing, pulling, reaching, climbing, and lifting objects weighing 50 lbs or more regularly
• Regular and punctual attendance is an essential function of this position
