Responsibilities

  • Responsible for set-up and maintenance of production equipment and record keeping with adherence to current Good Manufacturing Practices.
  • To construct and maintain Facilities to a level of acceptable building standards with adherence to general building codes and safety regulations.
  • Respond to production breakdowns and complete projects on time as scheduled by Maintenance Supervisor.
  • Perform the monthly Preventive Maintenance as directed by the Equipment Maintenance Data Base as required by Regulatory.
  • Keep Preventive Maintenance records at an acceptable level with no negative findings.
  • Keep all facilities to standard set by the Uniform Building, Fire, and Electrical Codes.
  • Available to work 1st shift and occasional weekend hours.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years experience in a related trade including Equipment repair, modification and construction, Electrical, Plumbing, Air-conditioning and Hydraulics.
  • High School Diploma
  • Knowledge of multiple testing and monitoring devices, ability to use hand tools, knowledge of electronic devices and wiring, hydraulics, air conditioning and heating, plumbing experience, construction experience, clean room filtration experience, and preventative maintenance recording keeping.
  • Advance knowledge of Pneumatics.
  • Advance knowledge of Electrical distribution, motor controls.
  • Modification, applications and troubleshooting.
  • Ventilation theory and practice HVAC controls.
  • Basic computer skills, including maintenance databases, Word and Excel required.
