Maintenance Person for Luxury CO-OP

Full-Time Position

Monday - Friday

8am - 4pm : Occasional Overtime if you want.

Drug Free Work Place : Background check : Must have drivers license

Experience preferred but willing to train any motivated individuals.

We are a busy CO-OP with plenty to do. You need to be a team player and a hard worker.

Job Responsibilities:

Wash windows
Wash cars
Paint
Power Wash
Trash pick up & Recycling runs
Deliver packages to units
Light plumbing
Install new door handles
Change fixtures
Change light bulbs
Clean pool with net
Help with setting up beach cabanas and towels
Assist residents with loading and unloading their cars
Villa and Unit checks
Clean patios and set up patio furniture

And any other tasks requested.

Must be detail orientated, self starter and work with minimal supervision at times.
Must be able to communicate clearly.
Must be able to read and write.
Must be able to lift 30lbs.
Must have clean background check.

Medical/Dental/Vision all offered after 90 days

Bonuses are given out quarterly.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $15.00 per hour
