Job description

We are looking for a Hotel Maintenance worker to perform upkeep tasks such as cleaning and minor fixes inside and outside of the property. Being reliable with a keen eye for detail is the first step to getting this job. You must possess manual dexterity and physical stamina.

Responsibilities

• Perform cleaning activities such as sweeping, power washing, collecting trash and etc.
• Perform minor fixes such as repairing broken locks, filling gaps on walls, painting and etc.
• Check control panels to ensure everything is in good working condition
• Conduct maintenance tasks such as replacing light bulbs, batteries and etc.

Skills

• Basic knowledge of HVAC, plumbing and electrical systems
• Experience using hand and electrical tools
• Have good communication and interpersonal skills
• Physical stamina and dexterity

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: From $18.00 per hour
