Mammography Technologist

Lincoln Hospital is hiring a Mammography Tech in Davenport, Washington. Davenport is located 35 miles from Spokane and only 30 minutes from Lake Roosevelt Recreation Area. We are a community of care givers delivering every day on our mission to provide compassionate and personalized care that is accessible for all. Mammography Techs who work at our facility care for a variety of patients and develop stronger relationships with patients.

The Mammography Tech is responsible for the operation of a dedicated mammography unit to perform 2D and 3D mammography procedures to assist physicians with formulating a medical diagnosis, while complying with safety and regulatory requirements. When not performing primary mammography duties, this role will be expected to accomplish general diagnostic, portable, and bedside imaging exams.

Job Requirements:

Education: Successful completion of an Accredited Radiologic Technology Program

Experience:

One year of experience as a radiologic technologist is preferred-- MQSA Compliant or ability to complete a mammography training program to meet MQSA requirements--Anatomy and medical terminology preferred--Must physically be able to position and maneuver patients to perform mammograms

Licensure: Must maintain current Washington State Certified Radiologic Technologist

Registration: ARRT (R) and/or ARRT (M) or ability to obtain ARRT(M) within one year of employment

Computer Skills: Experience with the following computer applications is highly desired:

Microsoft Office (Word and Outlook), InteliSpace, Medicalis, Meditech

Pay: Up to $78,000.00 per year
