Contingent Upon Contract Award
As a management analyst with Ops Tech Alliance, you will have the chance to make a significant impact on the effectiveness and efficiency of the individual training systems and requirements of the Ready Relevant Learning (RRL) program. By developing briefing materials and coordinating and conducting reviews of various training documents and plans, you will help to ensure that the RRL program is always working towards its goals. If you are a detail-oriented thinker with a passion for training and development, this role could be the perfect fit for you.
Responsibilities :
- Provide subject matter expertise on systems and requirements
- Analyze current systems and requirements to identify areas for improvement
- Review recommendations from stakeholder organizations
- Develop assessments on the impacts of changes to individual training requirements
- Support the development and validation of performance measures
- Active Secret :clearance
- 5 years performing management or program analysis
- 2 years experience with Navy staff processes
- Bachelors degree OR :10 years in program analysis (may be concurrent with other experience requirements)
