Collins Aerospace is looking for a Manager, Aftermarket Operations who will be responsible for overseeing day to day operations of a mixed-model cell. You will be responsible for fulfilling aftermarket and OE demand while achieving all delivery, quality, and cost objectives.

*The position works 100% at the Riverside, CA manufacturing facility*

Primary Responsibilities

• Responsible for management and development of aftermarket operations personnel, including supervisor, group leads, assemblers, and inspectors.

• Ensure production cost, delivery, and quality targets are met through the utilization of established manufacturing processes and methods.

• Interpret 2D drawings & manage aerospace tooling requirements.

• Support root cause and corrective action investigations to identify and mitigate quality issues.

• Demonstrate bias for action through use of Continuous Improvement tools and processes.

• Ability to build credibility within teams and influence key stakeholders throughout the Riverside site.

• Establish and execute staffing plans to meet customer demand and satisfy on Time Delivery and financial targets.

• Lead a diverse team of hourly employees while facilitating a culture focused on DE&I & One Collins culture.

Basic Qualifications

• Typically requires University Degree and minimum 8 years prior relevant experience or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 5 years of experience or in absence of a degree, 12 years of relevant experience

• Experience in a mixed-model manufacturing environment

• Continuous Improvement knowledge and experience

• U.S. Person (U.S. citizen, permanent resident, refugee or asylee) or eligible to obtain necessary export authorizations required.

The salary range for this role is 94,000 USD - 196,000 USD; however, Raytheon Technologies considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.
