Job Summary: As a member of the Clear Channel Outdoor corporate team, the Manager, Continuous Improvement plays a critical role in the company, facilitating the productivity of our sales teams, consisting of 700 individuals in over 30 locations throughout the United States. Through attention to feedback and monitoring of system usage data, the Manager identifies opportunities for improvement, and utilizes quantitative and qualitative analysis to define problems and recommend solutions. This position works in conjunction with technology, learning, and leadership teams to design and implement solutions consisting of processes, applications, and policies. In addition to managing solution projects overall, the manager develops and maintains effective relationships throughout the organization to facilitate collaboration, control, and the productive flow of feedback after solutions are implemented. This position also ensures that the sales team receives prompt, consistent, and effective support in the execution of standard business processes and in the use of CRM systems, especially Salesforce, both directly and indirectly through management of other team members.

Job Summary:
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Ensure successful definition, planning and communication of change programs across all aspects of the business in conjunction with line management.
- Proactively drive system & application enhancements by identifying inefficiencies and communicating requirements to stakeholders.
- Drive analytics and business intelligence to understand business dynamics, evaluate the overall performance or the impact of specific initiatives, and drive executive decisions.
- Conceptualize and communicate strategic solutions to gain buy-in and create measurable impact.
- Act as a key change agent for the company on strategic and operational improvement projects, driving impact from the initiatives and ensuring seamless execution.
- Effectively communicate project status by creating and maintaining comprehensive project plans and providing regular updates on schedules, progress, risks, change impacts, results, etc.
- Provide administrative, analytical and conceptual support to team members, partnering with key stakeholders to ensure requirements are met on schedule.
- Own knowledge management to ensure effective implementation: create and maintain process and procedure documentation; partner with Learning & Development team on training courses and materials.
- Manage process and systems support for sales team effectively and strategically
- Ensure customer satisfaction and efficient use of resources in related teams
- Act as a point of escalation, diplomatically reinforcing adherence to standards
- Analyze requests to identify root causes that drive future improvements
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
Education and Skills
- BA/BS or equivalent
- 5+ years in process improvement, project management, analysis, or similar field
- Experience analyzing, defining, and documenting business processes and systems
- Strategic perspective with strong problem-solving skills, both analytical and diplomatic
- Strong project management skills and attention to detail
- Proven abilities to formulate quantitative and qualitative analyses based on statistical coursework and/or professional experience, and make data-driven decisions, both strategic and tactical
- Ability to deliver under pressure, despite ambiguity and complexity, manage competing priorities, resolve conflict, and overcome obstacles to progress
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the creation and presentation of professional project materials to diverse audiences
- Proficient with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Education and Skills
- Fluency in one or more process improvement methodologies: Six Sigma; LEAN; or Kaizen
- Familiar with B2B sales processes
- Proficient with Salesforce.com
- Familiar with leveraging LMS for training as part of roll-out, such as Cornerstone
- Proficient in data analysis, including: descriptive statistics; correlation; regression; etc.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS
The demands described below are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job:
- Employee must have the ability to sit and/or stand at a desk for a minimum of 8 hours a day and complete tasks requiring repetitive use of hands
- The employee must have the ability to lift and move items up to 15 pounds
- Employee must have the ability to see written documents, computer screens and to adjust focus
- This job is performed in a temperature controlled office environment
