The MMC US Strategic Sourcing Department is seeking candidates for the following position based in Atlanta, GA. This is a hybrid role with 3 days in the office.

We will count on you to:

• Lead cross-functional teams in negotiating appropriate agreements with suppliers as well as supporting legal in finalizing and executing contracts, including defining and executing appropriate sourcing tactics in negotiating agreements with respective suppliers. Participate in the structuring of requirements and request data from existing and prospective suppliers for evaluation; review proposals; perform cost/value analysis of vendor’s products and services; and develop materials to communicate comparative results to cross-functional project team.
• Adhere and advise - vendor risk process.
• Maintain consultative relationships with MMC’s business functions.
• Maintain personal knowledge of supply market and sourcing capabilities, including analysis of market drivers, cost structures, competitive landscape and M&A activity
• Participate in a cross-functional team in measuring and managing the ongoing performance of selected suppliers and their respective supply markets (vendor management)
• Formulate strategic sourcing options, model/analyze each option and recommend the option that will secure differential value for each of the product and service categories
• Maintain current understanding of the trends in the indirect product and service supply markets in general and specifically the impacts of trends upon MMC’s operations

What you need to have:

• A Bachelor's Degree
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in Strategic Supplier Management, IT Outsourcing and IT Professional Service
