Job description
The Manager, Security Training/Compliance supports training, administration, security and operation of the corporate and field station locations. In addition, the Training Manager supports administration of company personnel training, while ensuring compliance to security programs, fielding of technology, conducts analytical projects as assigned, and conducts TSA security audits and follow up. Assists in monitoring ground safety programs, initiatives and documentation supporting operations. Secondary responsibilities include the oversight of the company safety training programs during initial and recurrent training for company personnel.

Fine Print
High School diploma required (essential requirement)- Previous Aviation Security Training Experience required (5 years preferred). (essential requirement)
- Working knowledge of Aviation Security, regulations, CFR 49 Part1544 security regulations, AOSSP, TFSSP, and PCSSP Security Programs. (essential requirement)
- Manages the day-to-day operations of station security training functions, generating related reports, and assisting the Operations team in resolving issues. Seconday duties require oversight of the company safety training.(essential requirement)
- Supports the Ops team and Airport Services with daily administration and efforts to ensure analysis of incidents for the purpose of improved airline safety and security. (essential requirement)
- Performs database queries/reports, verifies established document references, and acquires supplementary information via company information systems (essential requirement)
- Prepare reports, presentations, and statistical data required to keep the leadership team informed of the status of security training programs. (essential requirement)
- Reviews security training records for accuracy, responses to TSA inspections, and internal evaluations findings for accuracy. (essential requirement)
- Maintain an on-call status during off duty hours for screening of security related events and investigation initiation in support of the Director of Security. (essential requirement)
- Assists in Aviation Security matters as needed, including station/ground safety oversight and security posture. (essential requirement)
Pay & Perks
Compensation range $57,000-$63,000. This was established after performing market research and is aligned with our approach to compensation. Most qualified Candidates will receive an offer near the starting point of our compensation range.
