The Corporate IT Position for EPM Finance. Manage, Enhance and maintains Hyperion Environments – HFMs, HYP and EPBCS.
Liaise with Corporate Consolidation / Area FP&A / Corporate FP&A and supervises Senior IT Pillar Specialist.

Key Tasks and Responsibilities:

  • The candidate will be responsible for the successful delivery of projects delivering business processes supported by technology in the EPM space – consolidations, budgeting and FP&A planning.
  • Develop and lead an execution of Hyperion and financial reporting systems strategy, to ensure optimal, lean and automated financial reporting and planning processes.
  • Maintain design, structure, and processes of Hyperion applications to support financial reporting and analysis as well as key financial processes such as budgeting and forecasting.
  • Will lead integration conversations across processes with finance and accounting.
  • Drive gap resolution process in close cooperation with Global Functional Leads and Business Leaders
  • Support change management activities for projects (Change Impact Assessment- Communications- Training)
  • Drive implementation of a strong control environment and robust processes
  • Drive system support for tax and accounting compliance (local statutory and US GAAP)
  • Be able to provide training to all end users on the financial planning systems.
  • Support business readiness (people- data- processes- procedures- technology)
  • Drive creation and execution of the cutover plan
  • Drive stabilization and handover to Support Organization
  • Drive knowledge transfer to the ongoing support area

  • Accomplishes staff results by communicating job expectations; planning, monitoring, and appraising job results.

Essential Qualifications and Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree required; finance/accounting degree preferred. Relevant Oracle/Hyperion certificates preferred. MBA or CPA preferred.
  • Minimum of 10 years of Oracle EPM functional and configuration experience.
  • HFM, HYP & EPBCS implementation & maintenance required

Preferred Qualifications and Education:

  • Experience on Hyperion on-prem upgrade
  • Knowledge of FCCS / ARCS preferred
  • Strong Project Management Skills
  • Demonstrated cross-functional leadership ability
  • Has led large scale- global EPM implementations with focus on Finance
  • Is able to prioritize and balance multiple priorities
  • Able to assess and judge staff skill levels and to delegate appropriately
  • Demonstrates flexibility regarding change of assignments- focus- priorities and needs
  • Strong understanding of chart of accounts and financial transaction flows, preferably in a EPCI industry

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $150,000.00 - $175,000.00 per year
