Job Description
Mauser Packaging Solutions is a global leader in solutions and services across the packaging lifecycle, providing packaging worldwide to companies in industries from food, personal care, paints and chemicals.
Responsibilities:
- Managers Plant Manufacturing Engineers to drive Earnings Improvement Plan projects around productivity and throughput improvements
- Standardizes Best performance standards across like production lines in the 9 manufacturing locations.
- Standardize best practices of Standard Operating Procedures across the 9 manufacturing locations.
- Use data to improve OEE and improve efficiency of manufacturing lines to get back to best in class performance of the business.
- Assures system and product quality by designing testing methods; testing finished- product and system capabilities; confirming fabrication, assembly, and installation processes.
- Prepares detailed analysis of the downtime reports for productivity improvement, summarizing information and trends.
- Maintains product and company reputation by complying with government regulations.
- Keeps equipment operational by coordinating maintenance and repair services; following manufacturer's instructions and established procedures; requesting special services.
- Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; participating in professional societies.
- Improve safety standards on the equipment and transfer best practices between plants
- Other duties as assigned

Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in mechanical/industrial engineer and/or 10-15 years of similar or related industry experience
- Demonstrable skills in equipment maintenance, control engineering and production planning
- Willing to travel 50%
