Job Description

Direct the development, implementation, maintenance and continuous improvement of the Beer Division's Corporate Quality Food Safety standards and ensure strict product compliance with internal standards and specifications and all current regulatory requirements (including local, federal, state and applicable international regulations). Ensure the highest degree of Quality and Food Safety programs at our brewing facilities. Support the breweries' Quality Management System teams in order to secure and maintain CBI's required Food Safety certifications (ISO 9001,FSSC 22000, AIB). Focus of role is to identify, mitigate and manage the Food Safety risks inherent in our brewery operations in order to protect the brands, our consumers & the company reputation.

Drive all continuous improvement initiatives and follow-up on actions plans derived from the Consumer and Customer feedback being tracked to deliver Best Brand Reputation and Best on Shelf performance; align with the Brewery senior management's improvement plans and ensures best practices roll-outs across Breweries or departments.

Develop, implement and maintain the Beer Division's Corporate Quality Assurance policies and procedures and Food Safety standards across all CBI production sites and warehousing facilities to assure that all finished product will be free of defects and comply with state of the art brewing criteria and quality specifications as well as with all regulatory and legal guidelines.

Develop and lead the Quality Audit programs across all Constellation's Beer production sites to assess compliance with current Quality policies and external guidelines used as mandatory references such as ISO 9001, FSSC 22,000 and AIB (American Institute of Baking) to evaluate their effectiveness in delivering high quality, damage-free products. Review results with all parties involved, recommend corrective and preventive actions and ensure their implementation with the site´s Leadership Team.

Define and standardize procedures and standards for complying with current guidelines within the ISO, FSSC 22,000 and AIB Programs across our Breweries and Suppliers through the Food Safety Quality Pillar to protect the reputation of our brands and the safety of our consumers.

Evaluate market feedback from consumers, distribution, and sales and set up the process with the Breweries to develop the corrective and preventive actions. Integrate the monthly KPI for Consumer Claims to track performance and give visibility to senior management at the Breweries' Level.

Design and manage the platform to secure CBI´s Quality documentation including recipes, specifications and records through a Data Management System called Open Text to ensure that they are complete, up to date, approved, secured and easily retrievable.

Develop and align the breweries' Quality goals and KPIs with those of Constellation's Corporate Quality function to ensure that all Quality teams share the same objectives and incentives, that all critical Quality metrics are measured, published and analyzed and that any significant deviations are promptly addressed.
