Manager, SAP Retail Solution Engineer (VF Services, LLC, Greensboro, NC) Responsible for the analysis, solutioning, design, configuration, and development of SAP S4/HANA Retail solution within the global implementation. Execute the long-term support initiatives for the overall SAP Retail Technologies. Partnering with business, Integrator, Product and Enterprise Architecture teams to design, develop and implement SAP S4/HANA Fashion Retail Solution. Responsible for the integrity, availability, and security of the solutions meeting established IT goals including single or multi-year strategic initiatives, ongoing processes such as innovation, commercialization of Big Stories, or other needs created by the brands. Work with the SAP Retail and Fashion technology teams and creating and maintaining consistent procedures, metrics, solutioning and development methodologies. Assist in managing and mentoring internal and external staff, capacity planning, maintaining diverse resource pools, fiscal accountability and running the Retail technologies solutioning and engineering practice.

Full time employment, Monday – Friday, 40 hours per week.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

Must have a Master’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering (any), or a related field, plus 6 years of related IT work experience in fashion industry; OR a Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering (any), or a related field, plus 8 years of related IT work experience in fashion industry, out of which 5 years must be post-baccalaureate, progressive related IT work experience in the fashion industry.

Of the required experience must possess 5 years of experience in each of the following:

• Configuring SAP POS transaction types including sales, returns, and inventory movement;
• Implementing and developing methodologies including Waterfall, Agile, and DevOps;
• Designing, developing, configuring, and translating business requirements to map technology solutions; and
• Working with enterprise architects and business process owners on technical design and development.
  
  

Of the required experience must possess 3 years of experience in each of the following:

• Solutioning, designing, and implementing SAP IS Retail (ISR), FMS, or S4HANA;
• Working with team of onshore and offshore software engineers in implementing SAP IS Retail (ISR), FMS, or S4HANA; and
• Implementing SAP Point of Sale (POS) and a third-party Order Management System (OMS) integration.
  
  

Must have willingness and ability to travel domestically up to 10% of the time.
