This position offers the option of a hybrid work schedule, with three days working in the office and two days working remotely.

In this influential position, you will lead a team of talent acquisition specialists with improved excellence in developing and implementing innovative sourcing strategies as well as deliver on programs that advance company culture and foster employee engagement.

Job Duties:

  • Design robust candidate sourcing strategies by leveraging industry trends and competitive intelligence to develop a pipeline for key positions.
  • Lead a team of talent acquisition specialists to cultivate and execute recruitment strategies that identify and drive productivity improvements and deliver high customer service goals.
  • Maintain, improve, and execute systems for company-wide staffing over the entire recruiting life-cycle.
  • Utilize a variety of sourcing tools and techniques to expand our talent search.
  • Partner with our Marketing and Human Resource teams to implement best practices supporting Diversity, Equity and Inclusion.
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders to develop training programs and new employee orientation content.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Human Resources, Business, Marketing, or Communication, or equivalent experience.
  • Proficiency and passion for sourcing and uncovering new hidden and diverse talent.
  • Possess vision to design innovative strategies using a variety of sourcing tools to attract and discover highly qualified candidates.
  • Effective leadership skills with the ability to make decisions and influence outcomes.
  • Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills.
