VP of Operations Duties and Responsibilites:

As senior management of an organization, a VP of operations will be tasked with managing multiple departments, staff and projects within the company. The VP must have extensive knowledge of local, state, and federal governmental procurement procedures, finance, people and culture services, while also understanding and strivind to meet the company strategic goals, missions, values and beliefs.

• Leading departments and operations of the Company with direction from the Managing Member
• Budgeting for multiple projects, including monitoring and controlling costs
• Creating and implementing a strategic plan
• Identifying, training and developing leaders within the company and setting them on a path for management
• Monitoring the competitive landscape and attending industry events to stay abreast of new initiatives and ways to stay ahead

VP of Operations Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelors Degree with experience as a leader within a company

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $61,897.32 - $189,931.75 per year

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Overtime

Supplemental pay types:

• Commission pay

• Seattle, WA 98101: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

Willingness to travel:

• 50% (Required)
