BWC Technologies, Inc. has been in business for over 39 years serving the Turbomachinery industry and is located in the Saylorsburg, PA. We are looking for MANUAL MACHINISTS to join our team.

The successful candidate must have willingness to adapt their present skill set to the turbomachinery industry. The individual must be self-motivated and have the understanding that this position is in a machine shop environment.

In addition, the following is required:

Proven experience as MANUAL MACHINIST. This is not a CNC machinist position, but we will consider CNC applicants who have the ability to learn to machine manually.

NOTE: For CNC machinists that only wish to work on CNC machines, please feel free to submit your resume to keep on file for CNC positions that may open in the future.

Experience in using electrical, manual tools, and measuring tools (saws, squares, calipers, grinders, mics, etc.).

Ability to read and interpret technical documents and drawings.

Knowledge of relative safety standards and willingness to use protective clothing (face-shield, gloves etc.).Must be able to create QUALITY parts and pay attention to detail.

Will be required to cross train for other areas of the machine shop. Since other job-related duties are required, flexibility to work as a TEAM is essential. Overtime is requested during the busiest periods.
