Hansen Talent Group is hiring an experienced Manual Software Tester to work with a great, fast-growing team in the Columbia, SC area. This team is working onsite but will offer the opportunity for upward mobility within the team and company!

What you'll do:

Provide software testing services for multiple clients and make recommendations to clients on how to improve testing activities, tracking quality assurance metrics.

• Participate in the design phase of projects to ensure that new or modified functions are developed using correct testing methodology.
• Arrange major activities between the client and testing team to ensure maximum gain from technical resources.
• Complete supportive administrative and lead activities such as attending sessions with customers, planning and disbursing projects to team members, completing reports and developing processes.
• Perform testing duties which may involve reviewing test data, creating test cases, executing testing, and monitoring/documenting results.
• Mentor and provide guidance to testing staff.

Required Skills:

• 4+ years of Software Testing experience
• Knowledge of web applications including Java
• Skill in whitebox testing, integration testing, static testing
• Preferred: DevOps environment

*Must be able to obtain a Public Trust

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Pay: $30.00 - $34.00 per hour
