Summary
The Office Admin & Inventory Control is responsible for the coordination and flow of all office related activities. Success within this role is heavily dependent on attention to detail, excellent communication, and strong organization skills. The ideal candidate will be competent in prioritizing and working with little supervision. This position will also require a self-motivated and trustworthy individual with a high school diploma or equivalent. Prior success as an Administrative Assistant in a manufacturing environment experience is a plus.
Responsibilities

- Manage phone calls, correspondence, and greet visitors
- Opens/distributes company mail
- Maintains and updates filing, inventory, mailing and database systems
- Orders, tracks, and stocks all office supplies
- Operates office machines, such as photocopiers and scanners, facsimile machines, voice mail systems and personal computers
- Assist colleagues whenever necessary and perform other clerical duties as assigned
- Perform all duties to the safety standards established as they relate to the position

- Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities
- Excellent organizational and multi-tasking skills
- Knowledge of MS Office and office management software (ERP etc.)
- Workflow coordination
- Microsoft Office proficiency
- Excellent time management
- Excel in fast paced and labor-intensive manufacturing environment
- Make independent decisions daily, addressing the best way to handle specific tasks
- You must know how to keep yourself and others organized and prioritize list of tasks assigned
