Job Posting Title Manufacturing Associate

Job Description Summary Oxford Manufacturing Facility is an AAM Company and a leader in the forging industry. We are seeking self-motivated individuals for entry level manufacturing positions. We have great opportunities for growth within our company! Currently, we are offering a $1,000 sign-on bonus. Associates will receive the sign-on bonus after 90 days of employment.

The starting wage for a Manufacturing Press Operator is $18.00 plus a shift premium for off shifts (2nd shift: $.50/hour 3rd shift $.75/hour), with an opportunity to grow to $22.00/hour (plus shift premium). The starting wage for a Light Machine Operator is $16.40 plus a shift premium for off shifts (2nd shift: $.50/hour 3rd shift $.75/hour), with an opportunity to grow to $19.60/hour (plus shift premium).

Benefits include medical/dental/optical insurance, paid vacation, 13 holidays, overtime, 401K match, education assistance and life insurance.

Required Skills and Education
18 years of age or older
Have a High School Diploma or GED
Able to work any shift (1st shift: 7AM-3PM, 2nd Shift: 3PM-11PM, 3rd Shift: 11PM-7AM)
Can work full time
Able to work overtime
Can pass a urine drug test
