Are you ready to make your mark? If you’re a Engineer, we have an exciting opportunity for you. As an operations engineer level 1, you will provide hands on manufacturing expertise to solve difficult problems and continuously improve our manufacturing organization and/or supply base.

What you will be doing…

• Recognizes problems that are beyond capabilities and is learning from the experts in the area
• Supports new capital equipment purchases and implementation; Supports cell layouts and process improvement initiatives; Supports updates to management on operations status
• Learns the steps involved to incorporate process improvements
• Supports the manufacturing floor for any process related questions
• Creates and maintains process documentation and updates work order documentation
• Supports Process Flow Charts, PFMEA, and Control Plans

What We Are Looking For…

• General Six Sigma knowledge; Basic understanding of Lean Manufacturing concepts
• General troubleshooting and problem solving skills; General understanding of Root Cause Analysis
• General understanding of Design for Manufacturability and Assembly (DFMA) concepts and supports new product introduction
• Manufacturing Engineering - General understanding of applicable manufacturing processes; Ability to apply advanced knowledge of capabilities studies, Gage R&R, and machine capability; General understanding and ability to read product drawings
• US – Bachelor’s Degree in Arts/Sciences (BA/BS) or technical/science international equivalent
