Come to Open Interviews every Tuesday and Thursday between 1p to 4p!

Pay: $15.25 to $15.75 /hr + $.75 shift differential & $150 monthly attendance bonus

Position Summary

Production team members work on a variety of manufacturing tasks to include mixing and milling operations, operating hose extrusion machinery, operating equipment to finish and pack all hose prior to shipment. This position will report to the Production Supervisor and base out of the plant in Bellefontaine, Ohio.

You will see the various operations in your interview and be able to provide preference of shift and department in the factory based on available positions.

We offer $15.25 per hour as starting pay with $.75 cent shift differential for 2nd and 3rd shifts. You can also earn a monthly perfect attendance bonus of $150!

We do not require uniforms or steel toe shoes and have benefits available including vacation time after 6 months for full time positions.

Principle Duties and Responsibilities

• Following our factory policies of Safety, Quality and Productivity

• Employ established Standard Operating Procedures for machines, tooling, gauging and other equipment

• Must be able to perform medium work: lifting 50 lbs. occasionally, 25 lbs. frequently and 10 lbs. constantly

• Employ basic math skills of addition, subtraction and multiplication to accurately report production

• Maintain work areas in a clean and orderly condition

• Maintain reliable attendance

Experience and Education Required

• High school diploma or GED preferred

• 1 year in a manufacturing production position is preferred
