A leading technology company is looking for a Manufacturing Technical Specialist - Swing. The successful candidate will be providing multi-disciplinary support to NPI engineers and production to resolve a wide range of associated technical and design issues. The ideal candidate has RF & Microwave Test experience. The company offers a family-oriented culture and environment!

Manufacturing Technical Specialist - Swing Pay and Benefits:

  • Hourly pay: $28/hr
  • Worksite: Electronics Testing and Measurement Company (Santa Rosa, CA 95403)
  • W2 Employment, Group Medical, Dental, Vision, Life, Retirement Savings Program, PSL
  • 40 hours/week, 24 Month Assignment

Manufacturing Technical Specialist - Swing Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate technical design tasks and determine actions required.
  • Analyze new/ customized approaches.
  • Solve complex problems requiring breadth/depth of knowledge of technical design processes/ procedures, and many different technologies, tools
  • Implement solutions to complex technical problems.
  • Work with Manufacturing and NPI to provide technical support in qualifying new designs and developing tools and fixtures.

Manufacturing Technical Specialist - Swing Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of relevant experience.
  • Higher education or specialized training/certification, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Troubleshooting to component level is a must.
  • RF & Microwave Test experience is a must.
  • Specialized expertise and technical ability in Test and troubleshooting in support of the instrument products.
  • Extensive knowledge and skills to complete specialized tasks.
  • Ability to communicate constructively with engineers, project managers, and technicians throughout the organization is essential.
  • Extensive knowledge of the operation, troubleshooting, and remote control of test & measurement equipment.
  • A solid understanding of analog and digital circuits and theory.
  • Self-motivated to learn new things on your own or through training, and a willingness to teach what you've learned to the rest of the team.
  • Conduct tests, experiments, and problem resolution associated with components and products.
  • Must be able to trouble shoot down to the component level.

Shift:

  • Training will take place on day shift or split shift.
