Inno-Spin is a joint venture with Amsted Seals and Bihler of America (BOA). All hires will be BOA employees. We provide high quality metal products to both Railroad and Automotive industries. Position Details
Work with state of the art high-precision production equipment used to manufacture Spun Form metal parts for the automotive and railroad industry. As an operator, you will be responsible for the safe operation and maintenance of machines producing products to the highest quality standards.

Responsibilities:

• Understanding and complying with all safety policies and practices
• Produce parts to customer specifications
• Measure parts using the proper inspection equipment and inspect raw materials
• Enter date and fill out inspection sheets
• Make adjustments to tooling to keep parts in specification
• Ensure proper labeling, packaging and palletizing of parts
• Perform all other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of recent work experience in a manufacturing setting
• Ability to work and shift (including weekends)
• And applicable industry/professional certifications (ongoing or already earned), preferred
• Willingness to work overtime when required
• Good work ethics and a desire to learn are essential
• Good communication skills and attention to details are a must
