Marco’s Assistant Manager

Marco's is currently seeking Assistant Managers for immediate hire. Responsibilities:

Assistant Managers will assist the General Managers with daily kitchen operations and some administrative responsibilities.
Assist Customers over the phones & over the counter.
General kitchen operations and back office tasks; Opening & Closing the store, Food Prep in the morning, stocking & rotating, maintaining cleanliness & cleaning at close, monitoring service reports, running closing computer tasks, etc.
Will train in basic kitchen administrative tasks. e.g., inventory, food ordering, scheduling, operations reports, etc.
Manager Requirements:

Must be available for some Night & Weekend shifts.
Must have attention for detail & food quality.
Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment.
Must have good customer service skills.
Must have good communication skills.
Must display maturity, patience and good people skills.
Must have basic computer and math skills.
