We are seeking a Marketing Analyst to support the Partnerships work stream within GBT Global Prospect Marketing team. This role is a full-time (40 hour per week) position and reporting into the Senior Manager of Partnerships, Global Marketing.
The candidate needs to have experience developing and managing reports, creating, updating marketing materials, and managing multiple projects. The role requires supporting a team focused on acquiring and managing Partnerships, so project management skills are important. Candidates should also possess strong organizational and interpersonal skills, as well as experience working with Salesforce, particularly reporting functions.
  • This is a 6 month fixed term assignment.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Developing and maintaining internal and external reporting, data, and materials
  • Salesforce reporting for Partners
  • Managing partner member & GBT client lists
  • Help develop materials for monthly leadership meetings to provide YTD performance updates & progress on key initiatives and campaigns
  • Lead forecasting & budget planning for partnership team, including annual marketing calendar and budget spreadsheet; as well as liaise with team members and marketing team to provide updates

Internal Referrals and Partnership operation management
  • Managing the internal reward program and gift card set up and execution
  • Process inquiries about leads from both partners and internal referrers
  • Support with new partnerships operational set up
  • Work with team members on developing partner marketing and events implementation, such as campaigns, marketing collateral, partner conferences & events participation
  • Liaise with internal team members to manage the referral platform and other partnership team tools
  • Participate in training and sales engagement activities to ensure strong internal participation and engagement i.e. attend commercial team calls, create case studies, internal communications

Qualifications:
  • Direct experience using Salesforce with ability to create and run reports
  • Ability to pull, interpret and analyze data
  • Strong technology/platform skills – able to pick up new systems and processes quickly
  • Project management experience and the ability to execute and drive projects to completion
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills and experience working with cross-functional teams
  • Experience working with marketing, sales and client management teams
  • Must thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment and possess a strong ability to adapt, multi-task and manage multiple deadlines at once
