Marketing & Social Media Coordinator
Status: Full Time. Salary, exempt.
Location: Hendersonville, TN – Corporate Office
Salary: $37,500 - $45,000 starting salary, depending on experience.
Work Remotely: No (we are in the office utilizing social distancing and CDC precautions).

Best Choice Roofing is one of the largest residential roofing companies in the United States with over 40 locations nationwide. We are seeking an individual who is highly motivated to support company growth through creative and strong administrative corporate support in helping BCR build the brand nationwide. Must be able to adjust and adapt to fluctuating priorities.

Our Marketing Specialist reports directly to the Marketing Director and assists both the marketing and sales department in-house, as well as handles social media marketing for our corporate and branch locations.

Key Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Creative, team player able to juggle multiple projects and priorities.
  • Responsible for bi-monthly, internal thirty-minute live stream (OBS and Facebook Live).
  • Copywriting (blogs) and graphic design.
  • Responsible for producing a bi-monthly internal Newsletter for sales promotion.
  • Department liaison for internal and external communications.
  • Manage internal and online store for marketing orders and external vendors, as well as company apparel store.
  • Assist Marketing and Sales Director for project support.
  • Handle department videography, photography, and graphic design editing.
  • Oversee BCR website in line with Marketing Director’s direction.
  • CRM management.
  • Analytics and reporting for marketing metrics.
  • Large event planning a few times a year.
  • Other duties as assigned.

The ideal candidate will have the following experience:

  • Ability to follow instructions and direction.
  • A results-driven personality, ability to work well collaboratively with others, and execute tasks independently.
  • Ability to produce and provide solutions to obstacles.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe Suite.
  • Videography capturing, editing, and distribution.
  • Knowledge, experience, or a desire to learn web design: Squarespace, Wix, WordPress.
  • Social Media management experience (Paid campaigns and Hootsuite a plus).

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or GED required. Higher education preferred (Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree).
  • Preferably 3 years in marketing or tech savvy creative role.
