The purpose of the Marketing Manager Assistant is to provide high-level administrative support by conducting research, preparing statistical reports, handling information requests, creating graphic pieces and performing clerical functions such as coordinating and organizing Division events, and preparing PowerPoint presentations. Responsible for acting in accordance with the policies set forth in the current Ben E. Keith Company Employee Handbook.
a. Support Marketing in achieving departmental goals.
- Create material using the Adobe CS suite, Photoshop, Illustrator, In-Design.
- Experience with the Microsoft Office Suite is required.
- Create content for all social media channels (Facebook, Instagram, YouTube).
- Coordinate with outside vendors to produce printed deliverables and signage.
- Ability to work under tight deadlines and handle multiple assignments concurrently with good organizational and project coordination skills.
- Proof copy for spelling, grammar and layout, making appropriate changes; responsible for accuracy and clarity of final copy.
- Prepare PowerPoint presentations for various Division meetings and events.
- Represent Ben E. Keith Co. with professionalism, maintain a positive attitude and following dress code.
- Open, sort, and distribute incoming correspondence.
- Prepare responses to correspondence containing routine inquiries.
- Handle confidential and non-routine information.
- Responsible for organizing travel and hotel arrangements for division events.
- Assist Marketing with coordination and implementation of division events
- Prepare agendas and make arrangements, such as coordinating catering for luncheons, for meetings.
- Responsible for coordination of vendor purchases, including clothing and promotional items and distribution of the items.

a. Knowledge and Experience – The following are education and experience requirements for the Marketing Manager Assistant.
- Associates or related degree preferred
- Two to five years office or marketing experience preferred
- 3-5 years of Adobe Creative Suite experience.
- Edit video content (plus but not required).
- Valid driver’s license is required if driving to perform company business

- Working knowledge of office machines and multi-line phone system
- Knowledge of and ability to competently use MS Office, Adobe CS, internet and email; willingness to learn new software as needed
