We are looking for a creative and eager Marketing Assistant looking to start their career in marketing! The Marketing Assistant will report to the Senior Marketing Manager and support our marketing team with the planning, execution, and tracking of all marketing efforts through various administrative duties. The ideal candidate is a detail-oriented, self-starter who is seeking an entry-level position, with room for growth, and has a personal interest in interior design and marketing!

What You’ll Do:

  • Undertake daily administrative tasks to ensure the functionality and coordination of the department’s activities.
  • Assist in the coordination of projects and campaigns, including but not limited to product launches, email marketing, website updates, brand presentations, and promotional materials.
  • Assist in the creation of social media content, including Instagram, Pinterest, Facebook, and TikTok
  • Assist in the planning and execution of tradeshows and promotional events.
  • Assist in the writing and editing of copy and content for literature, brochures, and other marketing collateral.
  • Maintain and track the marketing budget.
  • Maintain, track and coordinate ad and editorial submission schedules, including but not limited to company tradeshow listings, submission of advertisements, and editorial submissions.
  • Maintain and update brand presentations and contact directories.
  • Serve as the point person for the fulfillment of internal and editorial image requests.
  • Serve as the point person for marketing materials and company swag by strategizing new materials, tracking inventory, and placing orders.
  • Serve as the point person for all display requests
  • Collaborate with the Marketing Manager to brainstorm and coordinate marketing campaigns and content based on business goals and customer needs.
  • Collaborate with the Marketing, Business Development, and Creative Services teams, including graphic designers, photographers, and 3D modelers, to coordinate projects and meet deadlines.
  • Collaborate with the Creative Services team to execute the email marketing calendar, including creating, building, and scheduling marketing and corporate communication emails while maintaining accurate contact lists and segments.
  • Collaborate with the Tradeshow team to ensure display requests are entered, assigned to the 3D Artist, and ensure deadlines are met.
  • Work cross-functionally, in collaboration with the Marketing Manager and outside departments to ensure marketing and business happenings are being communicated to the business, this can include but is not limited to, a monthly newsletter.
  • Ensure consistent corporate image and branding throughout product lines, promotional materials, websites, and events.
  • Prepare reports by collecting and analyzing Google Analytics, email tracking, and sales reports, and make recommendations for future strategies.
  • Source new project photography and collaborate with the Marketing Manager to maintain our internal image portal.
  • Assist in placing and tracking influencer marketing orders.

Position Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business, or similar field.
  • 1+ years of marketing experience.
  • Excellent computer skills; must be proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Asana experience preferred but not required
  • Ability to work in a constantly changing environment with a diverse group of individuals.
